Ahh, yes the rubish man............cant think of a lower ranked civil servant off hand !
After the effort gone into getting it, building it, painting it, not selling it(roofs et-al) and then driving it to hell and actually back, I reckon your stuff is to be held in high regard mate.
BUT........................I will push a golden egg out of my anglo-saxon deriere before I purchase a "only used on Sundays-one careful owner, low mileage" tank off you

LOL! I figure it has over 600 scale miles on it now if not more. I've always said I build my tanks to run not just look pretty. I'll never knock someone's modeling skills but I often question weather I'd add as much small details as some guys do cause I'd be afraid to run it like I do at that point. But then it's my choice to take it as FAR off road as I do and run it like a real tank if not harder so fir me I think I've reached a good balance of detail and brute strength so the tank looks good and will do what I want it to. I love looking at all of you guys work and wonder where you come up with some of the stuff you do as the work is simply amazing! But I'm sure it can't last.

I hear you on the detail. It is a very fine line between a super detailed Shelf Queen and a detailed tank that you can run outdoors. I love the look of all the beautiful PE detail added to some armor out there. Those tanks look like they have rolled right in off the battlefield. It's not for me tho' I know how I would feel when I inevitably lose a piece of it. My stuff is screwed or epoxied together for maximum hold and PE is relegated to screens and the odd antenna. Figures are rare earth magnet attached and detail like the radio and munitions on the last StuG can be removed if needed without ruining the finish if a rough run is called for. I haven't lost anything yet *crosses fingers* but I also only run mine around the neighborhood through lawns, etc. I don't take them out into the wilderness and into water. The newest ones with the HD batteries and all metal running gear could go the distance yet I'm thinking I need to get myself down to the FRAG battlefield for that kind of stuff.
