Question, I'm finding the TARR MKI smoker does not produce nearly as much smoke as the TARR MKII smokers do is this correct?

I found that then it seemed the TARR I was producing more lol. What I did was
to use a bit of copper wire to tighten up the loop and keep it in the center of the resistor
then when dipping the wick under the cotton etc it stays put. I also have that little step up/down $9
voltage regulator which is great as you can dial the voltage up or down to play with the output.
I am using about 8.5 volts on my acoustic smoker atm. but easy to adjust.

Technically apart from the tank material, shape and size both are identical.
I also find from new they don't produce much smoke, so advice people to set it going stall the fan for a minute or two then let go this to give the wick time to soak up the fluid.
On my excavator I also installed a 100 ohm variable resistor in line with the fan to slow it down even more which produces more smoke. Here is a video of the TARR MK2 with the variable resistor installed which I put in my excavator.

Ian, the MKI is smaller in size compared to the MKII.
It could be an optical illusion, my MKII is in my King Tiger where I have a MKI in my Tiger and as we know the 2 tanks have very different styles of exhaust systems.

Got my Mk2 in the post today! What a cracking little unit! straight out the box and its puffing away like it's on 40 a day!!
