When all else fails...kick the darn thing :haha: :haha: ....just kidding spinwell....try comparing the old motors to the new...do the new ones have the diode?

3:1 or 4:1 gear boxes? Not sure but seems like you may have 4:1 motors (wired opposite to a 3:1, at the motor's terminals) in 3:1 boxes or vise-versa. Did you put pinions on the motors?, stock Taigen 4:1 motor's pinions are mounted close to the motors with some exposed shaft, 3:1 motors the pinion are at the end of the shaft.

Yes they do they look more or less the same apart the new ones are black and 380 motors which I just removed from some high low motors to fit to some mid low motors that fit the jagdpanther

I removed them from 4.1 motors and moved the pinion out to fit in 3.1 motors. Thought it would be just as straight forward as that obviously not

Well Spinwell tried just about every troubleshoot... :haha: ....still doesn't work even after advice from forgebear...who probably has them right there so the problem is definitely from how the RX is transmitting the command to the motor...but yeah ...upside down plug boils down to polarity lol

Thanks everyone got it all driving the right way had to swap the red and black wires round. 10 minute job and all great again
