The soldiers on the opposing side will not care whether the Tank can drive off the battlefield,
All they want is for it to be anywhere but where they are.
And if you field a dozen Tanks and they all retire from the field of combat with living crews but no turrets any enemy would see that as a victory,
It may not be a "Shot Trap" in the accepted sense but because it will be perceived as one by anti-tank gunners it must inevitably lead to more a/t being targeted at the same point, and any piece of mechanical equipment hit often enough and hard enough in the same place will fail, which would lead to losing the Turret, and as the Turret of a Tank is it's reason for existence it has to be considered a design failure. shaun
