Typical BBC/Government blame gun crime on a doll that is not yet available, I think things like going soft on criminals and heavy on the victims, gangster rap and unbelievable films from the US glorifying gang culture might have a lot to do with gun crime, does it come out of the box with base ball cap, hoody and thick cheep alloy bog chain around the neck holding a 9mm hand gun sideways saying "As is gangster init"
