Taigen rear idler wheel question ?

Hi all.......I've taken the rear idler out and looks like the small shaft that locates into the hull side has been fiddled with by the previous owned and has been filed and is very sloppy when pushed in. So when you do the grub screw up to lock it into place it kicks out at an angle therefore the idle wheel is slanted resulting with it rubbing on the nearest wheel...so I now need a new one of these,but I don't know what the part is called. So it's not the idler wheel it's the part that holds the idler wheel on in the pic
Got real feed up with it on Saturday.....so it's now in bits and chucked in a box...was enjoying it until this issue....ggrrhhhhh
