I had the same this happen to me on Amazon. They need to start enforcing the pricing. If this was on a shelf priced that way, in the UK they have to sell it for that price.

The guy has emailed me asking me to remove the review, I did point that out to him mike I work in a well known supermarket and they accept all mistakes they have to by law.

Good Morning,
I had an issue with a tank on Amazon. The vendor shipped the wrong item because what was advertised was not what was available. A phone call cleared everything up and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Good Vendors will do this for you, Ed. They will work to meet you in the middle if an honest mistake was made. We all can benefit by taking a little extra time to talk to each other. If the fellow refuses to make good, then an accurate review is certainly called for.
regards,
Painless

Ebay is the same way. I recently got a German half track that was advertised as new in the box and unbroken, when it got to me and I opened up the shipping box it was indeed still new in the box however the one rocket crate was broken off, the rear machine gun was broken off and it had something that left a VERY sticky residue spilled onto the box that leaked through to the truck, the shipping box was dry so the spill happen before it was packaged to be shipped to me. The tracks were like they were glued to the drive sprocket and road wheels and the whole thing had a brown sticky goop all over it, I think it was Coca Cola. I washed the truck and fixed the damage and contacted the seller who was wonderful about the whole thing. He sent me 3 1/18th scale German figures as an I'm sorry for the damaged truck. I gave him all 4 stars and an 11 out of 10 rating and have purchased from him again.

If the seller fixes the problem then in my view he is better then just a seller who sends you an intact item, if that makes sense. Perhaps Painless is right did he reach out you or you to him to see if it could be worked out before you posted your review?

I thought it was hilarious and you were right to ding him. When I had my FFL to sell firearms, I accidently listed an item for far less than value. I stuck to the price as my reputation is worth more than a few bucks I lost on that sale...
