I find that clocking the springs or using stronger springs on each corner really helps with throwing tracks. I don't think plastic tracks are an issue. Make sure alignments perfect and if you can the adjustable idlers are a great addition.

I have been thinking about stronger springs, will take the stronger ones out tonight and measure and order some to match them, rear ones just feel ridiculously weak and likely to allow anything to get stuck between.

Already fitted the adjustable idler, hence me having to mess around with the idler angle, was dead straight before I started playing with it!

Good morning,
I am looking at your photo and you have the metal adjustable idler mount already on pretty perfectly. Using that and a couple of stiffer springs should resolve your issue.

Thanks, after following mikes instructions it was much improved, takes a brave man to attempt these things first and his guidance is much appreciated.

Tonight I switched the stronger springs to the front which made a big difference but now the front sags so definitely need better springs all round, just got to find some the right size!
