try Anitas, Deco art, Americana all are Acryillic paints and do a good job, plus there are loads of shades in the ranges, and although I hate mentioning them as I think they are rip off merchants, for ink washes try the Evil Empire, (Games Workshop), although if you know what your doing and know how to mix inks to get the colours/ shades of wash you want you can get a range of inks from hobby craft that are really good value for money.

Reeves are like roweny colour, you can paint with them but you need to use emulsifier with them as they are quite thick, Valejio are ok but not to my taste, and the bottle sizes are on the small side.
