It's been a while since I've looked in, you have made fine progress. I enjoy The Glen Livet after a hard day of tanking.

I would drink toilet duck if I had to !!
Only thing that doesn't fit in this build mate is the poor ole tyres .
You have done a better job than the OEM's of the wheels
Let me guess................you have a plan for them as well huh ?

Quite amazing, there are no 1/16 guns on the market, which is a huge shame, but this build is a testament to your skills. You are building up a unique set of models there, and they are all A1. Brilliant!

A1 indeed..............could it be that you are the sole trader in 1/16th for artillery pieces ?
Really good work, it will look just the business behind your Matador.

Thanks guys, I do indeed have a plan for the wheels Herman, trouble is they are slightly undersize for the scale, but should still look ok when completed. The next artillery piece will be the 17 pounder to go behind the bedford but there are a couple of projects queued up with higher priority - the M7 Priest, finishing my LCM6, modifying my stock HL Tiger 1 with camo and a few tweaks, finishing my Abrams... so I don't think I'm going to be bored.
I also have to unwrap my motorhome after the winter, get it serviced, get air suspension fitted, and somehow fit in a two month trip to Germany, Austria, and Italy in May/June in order to appease my better half.
Somehow I think boredom is not going to be a an issue here.

Got the sighting mechanism done, tidied up the chassis, and made the recoil 'spade' units for the ends of the arms.
Gun sight now added:

Spades constructed for the ends of the arms

Just have to make the clips to secure the spades to the arms in transit

Just a few things to add like the barrel cleaning rods, kit storage box, and fix up the wheels, and she's almost good for the paint shop.

Alwyn,
It's a beauty! As amazing as the truck pulling it. I have a gun but need the truck now. Your work is inspired.
