Hi I think it's how the mantle is on the panther it elevates pretty well but depression is poor ..looking into that ... ..

First install something wrong here Lol..

Don't need both attachments oops..only the elevation one on panther ..the unit fixings moved and fits well .on the unit have to cut an file for gun to depress the barrel fitting was not having enough room to work going up ok not going down removing the piece of plastic lip allows it to go down fully.now the wiring an soldering..

Hi Ray, will be following this closely as I put an asiatam unit in my Panther but could only get about 10 degrees elevation and no depression, so if your setup works better I might have a go at redoing it

To get more elevation you need to move the recoil unit closer to the pivot point or/and you can use a slightly longer piece of bent metal thats on the final gear in the elevation unit.

Another tip - If you take the elevation unit apart to add a longer wire you can take a middle gear out so the barrel can be moved freely while you try and find the best position for the elevation unit.

Found out why not much depression on gun ..elevation unit set too low ..so removed everything in turret so it all flat and smooth then rerouted wire's in unit so that's flat then glued unit to turret bingo. Bit of adjustment to pivot arm thing mainly the slot but depends how far or close to gun you put it ..I have now got full movement up an down
