I recall the zimmeritt that I put on a Tiger 1, I deliberately made a less than perfect job of it, and left bare patches so that it looked battle worn, they look pretty good when it looks like the stuff has been knocked off.

I seem to recall that the JP and KT zimmerritt was applied on the front valance using a ladder. This means that they had a pattern left and right of centre, and then they did the centre part when they took the ladder away, that was always slightly different.

I'll have a look at the photo's on here but I think my KT will be staying with factory welds.
