Brian, just had a thought, if mine looks to sit a little high, i dont have a Tamiya to compare it with, I have fitted the uprated suspension springs, is this making it look to high ? Maybe see how she sits with stock springs first, what do you think ?

Yea that's a good idea you still have the other springs.Yes I would try that. I always use weights in all my tanks. The way I see it is if it is a model of a heavy tank when you pick it up it should be heavy plus the suspension works better so it rides better over rough ground. Brian...

John just looked at my Tam Leo the side skirts are level with the tops of the wheels. The back is a little lower because of the gearboxes the actual tank is a bit tail heavy. Brian...

Like to ask what gear boxes did you get?. I've been told that the M41/M26/ or the KV1 will fit!. Also the 480 motors not seen them anywhere. My sprockets/Tracks came today from Dave. He dose have some gear boxes in stock so might be able to get them from him??. Any info will be great. Regards, Brian...

Black steel gearboxes, specially made for Leopard 2 they give a true scale speed, I bought them of Dave £19.99, 480 motors from Wheelspin models search JP pro power 480 motor £4.84each.

Dave don't seam to list the boxes for the Leo. He said he has jag panthers /tiger11 but that it!!!

Brian, your right Dave does not have in stock, just looked, rctankde have them just checked 49.90 Euros these are the ones I have in mine.
