That paint looks great Merlin. But as usual, I need more info

I haven't seen a Taigen Tiger with that paint before, is it something that Forgebear painted up. Sure does look good, can't wait to see the decals added.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Jtracks, I'm not sure if Forgebear painted this up or whether it just came with this paintscheme.
I decided against the decals in the end and hand painted them on as the decals were way too glossy and had a nasty thick white border that didn't suit.
I'm also includes the process of using my new Tamiya weathering sets to bring out the in-service use look.

I intend to fit mesh over the rubber hoses on the air cleaners to make them look more realistic.
These are real ones, if you want to be realistic; 128mm wide, 12 sides, spiral groove.

Hi Merlin hope you and your lady are getting some sleep, anyway a couple of things about your Tiger 1 First the AIR INTAKE PIPES, there are two fixes, one cheap and one expensive, the expensive way is to buy replacement pipes from "ABER" the cheap way is the way I did mine, go on E-BAY and there is a company called "the.bright spark" go to page three and scroll down to 1 metre x 6mm HEAT RESISTANT SLEEVING CABLE HIGH TEMPERATURE BRAID SLEEVE £2.99 (FREE POST!!!!) I could only find it in WHITE but it takes paint very well. IF you cannot find the page by typing in the bright.spark then I suggest you type in the full description I have given of the Item. It is a Northern Ireland company and very speedy, The next thing about the TIGER is the CUPOLA, I imagine you already know it needs adjusting to be in the correct position, there is a walk through on "TIP & TRICKS" Nice to see Dave keeping yet another customer happy.

shaun
PS Do make sure you order 6mm sleeving as they sell it in different sizes.
