Hope we can ban them before they see all the lead based oil paints I've got lying around.

All they have to do here is have the warning on the label as mandated by the State of California:
"WARNING:This product CONTAINS CHEMICALS which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm."
Now, California is considered pretty liberal by US standards - but as they elected the 'Governator' (who is decidedly right wing Republican) I guess its not quite the same as the looney left nanny state mentallity of Europe. Which strikes me as odd, as anything remotely harmfull to health or safety is considered fair game to the hoardes of shyster lawyers out looking for the next class action lawsuit...

I always thought that Californian's were weird, but to use paint in the way the label suggests is quite frankly beyond the pale LOL
