Mike,
Be nice to me and I can give you replacement final gears and stainless shafts too boot, instead of those Brass ones. I have lots of the shafts in stock and a box of spare gears. ;)

How about making another piece of metal that would slip over the stock frame bracing it further? You could prob find a "U" shaped bracket at the home improvement store that would fit.

Freaky I am trying the spacer solution first. I still don't think the shafts would help since it is the frame that is giving. I try to fit one of the long shafts that I got from you but it was too short ?!?!?
