Hey Marc just use the arms and forget the springs, just hang on to them till you think you need them like when you add more weight to your tank. Also the arms you ordered use an axle that that is held on with a set screw not the screws like on your H/L so you'll need a set of axles for your road wheels too. You could do what I did as a temporary fix which would be to file down a spot of the screw so the set screws have someplace to bite into better. I did this when I upgraded my Tigers arms but found that in the end I needed to get the proper axles. I kept having problems with wheel alignment and throwing tracks. Once I upgraded everything for the suspension it ran GREAT and still does but I had to upgrade EVERYTHING.

I agree with Jack... on my KT all I did was clock the first two sets of wheels on both sides to accommodate the metal gearboxes ... ran great..took her for a test spin in some foot tall grass...to which she just tore through

By the way Mark...these are the "TOWERS" I speak of...notice how they can shear off at the base...there is no band aid solution for this...the way I designed is best
it reinforces the entire structure

probably stronger than anything made out there ...if done correctly that is
