Hi.
Both the msv and recovery tanks were made up on the principle of cheap /easily available parts on ebay .
with bruder toys being the main doner, minimum time and work, this will not suit a lot of people but its the pleasure of getting a result that pleases the builder, is what matters, I see a lot of excellent work on here, but I do not have the skill. workshop ,
or steady hands / good eyes at 77 yrs. so I do what I can,
to get a passing result.

That's what it's all about Wads... but for me....it isn't that I can't do what others do... I just don't want to lol..... a Board Buddy had some wise words ...and I use it now ...almost all the time....they are your Tanks...You do with them as You wish...not what someone else wishes

Just found this, fair play to you sir, as has been said by Alpha modelling takes many forms, and if someone wants to build something...then go ahead and build it.
Having seen those excellent pics of the dozers on a Bulldog chassis, I am now wondering whether to embark on something like that. There are so many interesting military vehicles out there that no one has yet built in 1/16 that it seems a shame not to give it a go. Mind you, trying to get it all working off servo's might tax my grey matter a little??

What I like about Wad's builds is the inventiveness...they're not prototypical of any tank... he just found parts then built them up...So you can imagine how well he could do if he got serious...but probably like me...can but doesn't want to
