I don't think the bushing is the problem. Probably the switch as others have said.

Sounds kind of minor...You still sending it back? With the price tag that tank carries it should be perfect for longer than you've had it though

Yes, it isn't any good to me this way. I don't want them to start sending me parts to try and then have something else go wrong. They can deal with it,replace it, or refund my money.

I agree... especially since you just got it...opening it up and messing around might void some kind of warranty they have

Sounds like a good company...did they give you any lip?

We'll see what happens from here. To their credit, it's a beautiful tank, I just want one that works for longer than ten minutes.
Joe
So you hail from somewhere in the US tracks ?...it's pretty cool of them to pick up the return postage
ALPHA
Yes, I'm in Northern California. I paid $17.00 postage from Florida to California at time of purchase, Fed Ex ground. I think what will happen is that they will repair it and send it back. That will be OK. Everything else works. The tank even registers a hit when the apple is installed and I shoot it with my Panzer. It must be something minor.

If it's on their dime..it's good thing right...refurbished is probably better than getting another and having the same problem again... hopefully they have good techs on hand

I wonder what the cost for shipping would be to Hawaii
