The vallejo airbrush varnish I've never got to work very well (I go the white finish as well with them) unless when its mixed with paint, however those rattle cans are really good. Never had a problem with them.

Sadly not so simple. In the cold weather the problem occurs on the gloss coat prior to decal adhesion. I once glossed up a tamiya Blackfoot 4x4 body with gloss varnish late in the year. Cold wind blew and it fogged the gloss!i think it effects the drying rate somehow causing the problem.

Nothing worth doing is easy!!!
