Mark... Scalawag...Tom...Thank you Gentlemen... Thank you for your kind words...It's one thing good about a Hobby... you can always look back to see where you came from...the trail of transition from one to another The figures I have from my past make me smile as much as my Tanks of today... the best aspect as I reflect... is now I can combine the two... and enjoy both eras all at once :D

Happy Tanking Gents

Gotta give you that mate, you're the only one that combines chicks and tanks in here at the moment !!
Even if your blondes look like red-heads to me !
A shining example of paint skills, and the dedication it takes to preserve those fine examples. I have had many things pass like the proverbial water under the bridge and now have nothing to show for it, but Mr Lee and Ms Moriyama are rightfully lasting legacies to the facets of art and execution that many people go to, to stand & stare in amazement for generations and even millenia.
I've seen the statue of David, and the statue of Venus(she was kind of short !) fought for a glimpse of the Mona Lisa, its art....executed by artists...........that leave behind testimonials of their skills.
In the times to come some may even gaze upon your figures and wonder about the man that left them.
they are inspiring mate, you can stand rightfully proud.

Rare is the occasion to which I blush... but after that... I'll have to wait till the color of Crimson Red leaves my being ...Then just for you my friend... I will post a couple more... which perhaps change those words of praise ;)

Hey Painless...Joe's inner warrior spirit might resemble that of Dragon Ball Z's GOKU...he's usually a normal guy... but when needed...can channels his inner chi... and as referenced in Japanese anime and manga...."Henshin" into his "Saiyan" form

Blushing time over ...Now...I can't forget about our buddy Herman.... Hello Sir.... I know you have a preference to blondes...but thought this "redhead " might define the very fine line between the two

All the painting of these figures were done with Airbrush... subtle detail by brush...the gradients of color (some up to 30) were with use of Tamiya paints... It's probably one of the reasons I stopped... as no one carries these colors anymore...I might start doing them again once a suitable replacement is found... but for now... painting figures is on a limited measure :D
