The white stuff I think is filler to give a cast texture for the hull, (you can see this a bit better in person). The stripy stuff is insulation tape I used to hold the turre together whilst I'm still building the thing! I don't like the fact you can't disassemble the turret as on the othe tamiya tanks so I'm thinking of a way to sort this!

This will be only my second allied build, I did a Pershing a while a go but I'm really looking forward to all the details and stowage on this.

OK Tom... If I leave my mailing info...send her over the Pacific ...to some awaiting grubby little hands ...and I'll give her a good once over and check out that texture ;) I'll even fabricate some nice clips to clip the upper and lower of the turret together :haha:
You'll get her back....one day.... I promise :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha:

Have a good one Tom

Ps don't forget to leave all the internals... and please include the remote :D

Ok alpha let me get some stamps.....wait a second!!!! Today I've been working on the rear engine deck to represent one with a diesel motor rather than a radial. Some more detailing to do but you get the general idea!

Fine work my friend.

Are you going to replace the rear rack with a scratch built correct stowage bin?

Go on .. go on .. You need the practice! :D :shh:

Haha! I shall be amending the rear stowage, to be fair it's not that far off the US version. Done a lot yesterday, first thing was to install the battle system. Then I added turret details and some more detail on the rear deck.
