Starting my tank up

I have another problem when i try to drive the tracks froward one the tracks will start to jigger and will make an aweful noise its like something is stuck in side i have tryed to cleaning up the gears but that didnt work

A couple of thoughts, how tight are your tracks? you need some free play but then again not to much and too tight is a certain no no. the other thought is can you see if any of the track pins are sticking out and catching as the tracks turn? I assume both tracks are aligned and running straight looking front to rear. shaun

Shaun when i buy those crystals which i showed you how will i fit them in
This is the reciever and i guess one of the crystals will go in there

rx in the receiver old chap ,tx in the transmitter make sure they are seated properly, no1 crystals are the norm so see if you can get some higher numbered ones 5/6/7/8/? your track judder may be clutch slip that makes a horrible noise ? or you may have your tracks to tight ?
alpha is in the driving seat with nylon gears look at some of his threads ?wot wot .....

looks like ,as long as its got a crystal socket and you have all rx 18

Whats a crystal a socket this transmitter is made for the smoke and sound version if you have a transmitter luke this could you show me please

Hey guys this is the problem with right side of the tracks now i have cleaned the transmission (gearbox) but that didnt work i cleaned nearly most of everything now this tank is very older the owner had it for a long time now these has never had any replacement parts installed do you rhink i should buy new idlers and the other bit and the other end ????

on the front, A.B.C this is the crystal socket
