Ahh ALPHA, Chase the sun and speed home to me without delay---WITH A SANDWICH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? One of the things I have always liked about Russia is the sentiment invoking love of motherland and the love of a partner far away, it is a reminder of the size of the country, the beauty of speaking Russian helps give insight into the thinking behind the words, so easy to assume songs in wartime are about death and destruction, although your reference to a sandwich has confused me. take care and thanks for reminding me of a song I have not sung for many years. shaun
