Not all EvileBay sellers are out to rip you off but a lot of us have been, some for largish amounts. it's always best to check the blacklist first before buying.
The good guys will be know to us, so check the recommended, if they are also forum members, the deal, service and advice is sound.

Nice start with the pic's, you are going to fit in well on here. next stage you will be posting your own build log.
Thanks Panther, only only listen to the wife if I like what she is saying lol. Yeah its sound advice so will always check before spending. Yeah i'll post pics as I go along when im messing with them.

Welcome to the forum Leon the nearest club that I have heard of is Manchester way but it might be one closer to you but I'm not sure might be worth a google ;) ,as for buying bits for my tiger I's I got quite a bit off forgebear on eBay Dave is very helpful. As for tankzone I stay well clear as been burnt twice but some good advice is to look on the trusted trader section.your not to far from me as I'm in Matlock Derbyshire. But lots of good advice on here and some great hints and tips. So enjoy and looking forward to the pics of your RC Tanks as they get done.i play World of tanks as well when shifts allow.

Thank you guys I've been made to feel most welcome. The KV looks cracking! Im still a bit of a noob when it comes to model tanks but I used to build rc boats/ships so im looking forward to messing with my tanks lol. Been trolling through the forums looking at bits and bobs answering all questions I had on them.
Yeah 1 bad review for Tankzone was enough to make me steer clear but a few says it all. There was a post I replied to with a member looking for other west mids tankers with one of the members living in Lichfield just up the road so im hopeful. I've been on this forum less than 24 hours, been made to feel welcome and had my questions answered, what more can a bloke ask? lol
