BRAVO Palepainter ....I like how you treated the scratched paint areas...it'a a tad nicer... and a little more realistic than having a lot of rust...as gear and stuff piled on to the superstructure would scrape rust off ...great job... your experience with an airbrush really shows

I also like that crumpled fender ....did you get the license and insurance of the guilty party

Thank you sir. I will be doing a bit of rust towards the end of the detailing, but not real heavy. I will be doing that when I get to work on the wheels this week.

Excellent job on the Panther palepainter. Interesting paint scheme, is they're a specific unit that used that scheme? Well done...

Nothing specific. I was inspired by a few different photo references I had seen. The number is just my lucky number. Not historically correct. Just a stepping stone for me to get the hang of some of the fab and paint.

finally a battle-tested armor is not as verostet as if he had been the last 30 years outdoors. This is much more realistic as tanks hardly fix rust and when they are gone anyway.

The only thing I find to complain about is too far for me highlighted Welding job. although they were sometimes so coarse, but not continuous over everything, but still a really good job....

Good Morning Pale,
I was enjoying your paint job this morning when I noted something on your tank that is easily fixed and will give your gearboxes a much easier time of it. Add a single link to your tracks on either side. This will give them a little more slack. It will look better and drop the stress that too taut tracks put on your gears and motors. Here is an example from my recent Panther G build.

Thanks for that tip Painless. Where do I pick up the extra link needed? Thanks for the input fellas. I will take notes for the next one. I get my KV-1 IR today, and picked up a batch of used Tigers off Craigslist over the weekend.
