That Sherman is total eye candy and as I have just told my wife I have ordered two tanks for the spring I am not sure I can say I want another without involving divorce!!

Hopefully you got the none metal version..If you plan on upgrading the bogies to the MATO units ... because the metal one will mean you might have to get rid of the tracks... and that's tragic... because they are super heavy closed pinned babies..I think you'll enjoy it though...I did minor detail changes just because she runs so well ..I just didn't want to mess with her too much

I might get another one later ... just so I can build it like fynsdad's british version



at least the lower hull ... the turret is fine for GIRLS UND PANZER....it's just the front and the drivers hatches that need the mod



I'm just not in the mood to do it at the moment... so that's a "future plan" build

*Apologizes to CH for jacking his thread, waits patiently for more pictures of his Shermans* Alpha, I got the non metal version. I'll be replacing those tracks with the metal T-74's and Mato sprockets and idlers. I'll start a Build thread once I get it. *looks at Alpha's Walker* Hey, that doesn't look so bad. Now that you have a T-34\85 you can repaint this one into Korean or Vietnam colors and do a nice build on it.

OH.. sweet... you're going to put duckbills on it ... after I bought mine.. which was before I found this board... it did make me think I made the wrong decision in getting the metal version... but really it runs so well I have no regrets.... I just need to find the time to make a KEI commander figure for it

Your WALKER is a beauty Painless...
My WALKER she's not pretty...but for some reason I like her that way... and there's no way she's going back to what she was ... ...the cosmetics are pretty extensive... it was actually a fun conversion...but she has the added forward hull machine gun... one headlight...cropped barrel/ turret... at the time I almost put barrels on the back lol...but found there would be clearance problems with the turret

I'll take a photo of her sitting next to the T34...it's actually pretty amazing how the general layout of the WALKER is so close to the T34

Another reason for not changing her back is... my special friend loves that tank ..I might never hear the end if I reconverted her
