Phil,This really pisses me off because it is wrong,and I have a similar situation,yet on a larger scale.

Guys like this seem to believe one ,were stupid. And two taking quality work and using it as if the work is theirs qualifies them to sell product to us Hobbyist. Wrong! Steve,Christian,Hans,Dave guys we know who have invested time and money and skill do not use others work. Have earned our respect,and have marketed fine products to us all.

And there are others,I mean not to leave anyone out. But this guy insults not just Hobbyist but the vendors we know who have built businesses from scratch,and maintained ethics and shown us nothing but hard work,and dedication to the Hobby!

If he sells tanks for 10 dollars I would rather not thank you, Hope everyone else see's this my way and does use this fellow. Or any other vendor who by misrepresenting product and skills insults our ethics by believing a few dollars is the cost of our loyalty,or beliefs. Wrong is wrong period!

Just think we were just discussing Piracy .. just a few days ago.... this is real piracy...as he didn't copy any of the videos... he stole them...the only work he did was to go to YOUTUBE and find whatever suited his needs and took it

Imo what should be done is any EBAYer here should report this guy and get his permit to sell on there revoked

No Problem Phil... I feel kind of bad about it... as initially I thought it was funny.... thought you knew the guy and allowed him to use your video...you have to admit... it's a good video ...but when you said you didn't give him permission .... and you don't even know the guy ....I was like WTF!!!

I only hope I didn't spoil the atmosphere here on the board...because this kind of stuff just sucks the good time out of everything

Try reporting the guy to Ebay for using your video and see if they do anything about it........

I said why I was ringing and what I did..........The guy I just spoke to is Oriental......(The oriental seller was not there now !!)... so I spoke to this guy ' Allegedly' called 'Andrew'.....
He thought a T-34 was a helicopter !...but we got the right item in the end.......He was very sorry about using your video ...and more so when he saw ...'The Message',

I did make a point of saying that he ought to have asked, before using the video but he made no comment .........He did apologise again and is going to remove the video straight away.....

I enjoyed that ...I haven't 'B*ll*cked' someone over a phone in ages... ......I will add that I was polite, non aggressive and non abusive, just a bit 'Formal'........

It happens a lot more than we think.
I am reluctant to put some of my photos online. In the past I had some of mine used, the cheeky bit it was on a forum I used to be on. This guy was a new member, he claimed the pics of mine and another forum member were his models, just a shame that they were taken at a show, and we were in the background of the photos.

I still believe mato ripped off my Jagdtiger it is in the video for this site and one of their guys was a member on here at the time If they asked I would have said yes but I would have wanted a free tank

Thanks for your support peeps, the next video was going to be a chocolate star fish tacked onto the end of my video but its wet and cold out so that will be put on ice!

I noticed the shoes too, but I thought it was part of Phil's camouflage effect.
