I know!, it's amazing. As soon as I had opened the Box, I was struck by how nice it was. I worked very hard while doing mods and painting up the pioneer tools, vent grills, etc, to avoid damaging it and match my work up to it in a pleasing manner. Taigen must have their own staff of custom airgun artists for their tanks now. Thank you, Hotte, I am very pleased with how it turned out. It is the new jewel in my collection.

I wish all my tanks were taigens
coz i'm too scared ( & tight with the cost of paint!) to give it a go

Thank you!. It was interesting finding Tamiya acrylic paints close enough to work with for add-ons and modding. I agree, Taigen has really impressed me in some ways and disappointed in others (molded on tools show that they are using the same molds as Heng Long in the older series) but mostly impressed. They had the 2.4 GHz setup out before Heng Long and it is a better box than HL's. Their paint jobs get better all the time. This Panther is testament to that. Lastly, them using the Asiatam pieces in their offerings leads to some impressive 'RTR' tanks. (We know better, there's always room for improvement. *chuckles* ) It's like they swept up most of the complaints levied at Heng Long over the years and decided to resolve them. They are definitely a company to watch.

I agree with you.
I have a 2.4 ghz panzer iv
the paint job is nice but the tools are a bit pony
also it had metal tracks with plastic sprockets
