My only advice would be to think how the tank would be used and the areas that get worn through use like hatches and maybe the gun barrel where you pull yourself up from the front of the tank just little details like that but don’t over do it.

My thoughts about Tigers is they wouldn’t have any rust on them as they were always being repaired and resprayed. They would get mud on them, foot prints etc.
Less is more as far as weathering is concerned. My first Tiger had rust and a lot more damage but over the years I’ve tone things down and thought about things a lot more.


But at the end of the day its down to what you think looks good, a tank viewed from someone standing a few metres away hacking over dirt and stuff will look a lot different from close up.
