Basic paint done.

Couldn't decide what colour scheme to do so I decided to do, so I've done a KT thats had its turret replaced in the field. That way I get to do two different colour schemes :) .

hello Woz

it's going superb, i would ask you if it's possible to explain and detail the step by step process to reinforce the suspension, arms, roadwheels and idler... ??? ??? ???

i own a Torro all metal KöTi and i'm very interested in reinforce these same points, this cat weights 8.5Kg and i', afraid that the suspension and road wheels axels could suffer...

best regards and thank you very much!

The hull is strengthened with two aluminium bars running down each side (a U bar on top of a square section bar). These bars are bolted to the bottom of the hull.

The suspension arms are stiffened by filling them with Milliput (with the springs in place) then I countersunk the small end of each arm so that I could fit a small M3 bolt through to act as an wheel axel.

The suspension arms then they are bolted through the hull into the aluminium bars. I drilled and tapped the bars first so the bolts screwed into them and didn't just slot through.
