Nice.. I have the same tank (BB version).. Very good tank for driving outside, even with the standard HL electronics it will pull thru everything.. I have upgraded steel gears for even better drive installed (see:
http://www.rctank.de/product_info.php?c ... ts_id=1649) and I also added a Beier Soundmodule and better speaker for much better (custom) sounds (see:
http://www.beier-electronic.de/modellba ... usm-hl.php)

Lovely tank, I also have one of these and i wondered about the beier sound unit.
Does it work with 2.4ghz sytem and how easy is it to fit and set up.
I don't speak german and found hard to fully understand.
Edit- Just found you tube video, won't work with 2.4ghz system.

hi
the USM-HL model will not work with a standard 2.4GHz systems (with a RCtoHL "thing" it could work), but do not forget that there are two other models: USM-RC and USM-RC2 designed to run with standard RC systems (aka no HL)
so you could ude a Beier with a 2.4GHz
for better info you could ask on the beier forums, they will speak english with no problems.
best regards

The job you did on the green striping is beautiful. I'm refurbish my HL soon and must have looked at every king tiger on the net real or scale model and those are exactly the way I want my stripes..now to figure how to do the brown as well! There were of course many wartime Kings and even tiger 1's that had only one color striping and so it's perfect as well...The trick to me is knowing when to stop the airbrush and call it good! Less is more of course!
