Hi mate love your build. Having been a modellor for the last 30 odd years and also had a full time job as a armourer for over 36 years now, on air,ground and naval systems, I think I have seen more "local" paint jobs and modifications on standard gear than most people have had hot dinners. I do not think anyone can claim to be an expert of paint schemes, or finishes as there are so many local mods.
I am the same as you and build my models for fun,fun, fun. there are to few people joining the scratch build fraternaty to discourage them by criticism, itstead praise should be heaped on them for trying.
Keep on having fun and building.

Eastern Front, Brooksy comes from the county of Hampshire, I knew a man from there he was a pilot in the Air Corps,lovely man but as sensitive as a chandelier, you have to treat them gently!!! Brooksy, a great build, I have learnt a lot, keep going please. shaun

Please which red-brown colour you use? It is really good undercoat.

:) hi shi-so, the paint is vallejo surface primer,RAL 8012 German Red Brown Rotbraun,it sprays very nice in the airbrush :D
