Sean, good luck with this your M4A3. I actually converted mine to a Flyfire ! It was just a pet project and I have since junked it but it was fun !

No I wish I was kidding! it really does say goodbye when you turn it off! and the engine sound sounds like a small food blender, and the 'cannon' sounds like a cat burping!!! :haha: 8O Me and mum laughed so hard when it did it the first time! (Youtube video to follow!)

MichaelC,
I would love to see photos of that, Mine (I thin) shall be staying as the M4A3 format... I thin, if I get bored of it, I shall convert it into the Crab version... with the flail drum in the front for mine clearning!

Sorry Sean, junked it and didn't take any pics. Believe or not I used the same muzzle brake, sanded it down so it looks like the ball shape of the 17Pdr, use a straw (Yes, a drinking straw) fill with putty to extend the barrel, cover up the MG port and add on the radio box at the back of the turret and it actually didn't look half bad.

Needless to say I have moved on. No more straws for barrels any more....... :(

I will have to try that one day, I am assuming that was 1:16? as a drinking straw would be miles to big for my tiny tank! :haha: There is nothing wrong with using odds and sods like that for modeling!

Sean, same as your M4A3. 1/30 scale that's why the straw works. Obviously I have to cut it short to size and kept the old muzzle brake like I said.
