thanks guys
i think strmnd54's way would be the easyest option,
i'm just a little concerned that they won't hold up with some rough driving.
that's a nice idea jonger
mine will look like that, if i don't get it right :haha:
jussek, i can't believe you've started hacking your pzr iv up before your
tensioners have turned up :O
i guess it looks fairly straight foward.
thanks again guys, theres plenty of food for thought
& thanks to jussek, i understand how they work & how they fit

All done.
I went down the dremel route.
I do have a word of warning though.
Make sure the key way is deep enough
As I diddn't bother on one side & just
Wound the nut on, till it snapped 8O
Super glue to the rescue.
Needless to say, I was more careful
With the other side!
:haha:
Cheers all

Daft question maybe, but what is the key way? I've got this job to do myself.

EDIT: No worries now. I've read the thread properly and I'm going to copy Strmnd54's method.
