Good job!

In my mind the idea of modification of my King Tiger in a JagdTiger and I looking your work if I think as possible and easy.
Do you remember the reference which you have used in your model?

Wecohe.
ETO armor.
AsiaTam.
Other marks or reference.

It´s possible writing them?

Thank you best regards.

I sure can.

Impact: Tracks, sprocket guides, recoil uppgrade (King tiger) extra track links. (can't remember exact how many, but I think 16 or 18 including spare track links on superstructure)

Wecohe: Charlotte, Detail set 2, PE kit for Jagdtiger, Gun barrel, Gun travel lock, Gun mantlet (metal), Hatch set for Jagdtiger, Screw set for jagdtiger, metal exhaust covers.

Rctank.de: (Asiatam) Metal roadwheels, metal final gear covers (for HL Tiger I), output shaft support with ball bearings (Ment for HL Tiger I)

ETO armour: (Schumo-kits) C-hooks, tow cables, spare tracklink holdes x2 (Wecohe was really bad and was missing parts), tow shackles.

Hope this info was helpful.

Beautiful job !!
Please dare I ask how much the gun barrel and the mantle were to buy ?.. :{ .....also please can you take some more photos of where you have reinforced the front of the hull where the gearboxes fit ?.......If possible with an explanation or drawings ?

I have found that this part of the early kits is very weak and seems to flex like mad when metal tracks are added to the kit .

Price for the gun barrel etc can be found at http://www.wecohe.de
I'm not sure what you want pictures of, it's really not much more to see.
This is built from a early non FO single motor kit.
To add strength to the chassis I built inner fenders from 30x30x3mm angle aluminium profiles, these are bolted from ouside with countersunk M2 screws.
Gearbox brace is shaped from a 30x30x3mm angle aluminium aswell wich is bolted to the fenders with four countersunk M3 bolts as seen in the pictures.
Gearboxes is bolted to stock chassis with stock stand offs, no bolts to the brace.
Instead of the stock radio deck I shaped a 4mm aluminium plate to cover all the space from gearboxes to rear panel to add strength and weight. I used threaded M3 spacers to raise the deck over the torsion bars.
By doing this there is absolutely no flex in the chassis. You can put a block under one of the sprocket so it rests only on one sprocket and idler on opposite side and it doesn't flex at all. And this is a heavy beast. Far from completed and without metal roadwheels it's weighing 19 pounds.
Rear the speaker box will act as a brace, but it's not really needed.
