I totally support you and I do especially about the Tiger 1 firing

A large gun or an artillery piece, even an 88mm mounted on is cross shaped platform ' moves' but the Tiger with 56 tons of steel on a superb suspension system that is so well design for stability and strength should not move its tracks. I agree with you totally that the Tamiya and particularly the Heng Long are completly wrong and out of all proportion with their track recoil. The Tiger in the original advert that I thought was a 'new' product from Tamiya is horrible, even the paint job makes it look like a Taigen..but then it is a very old version by Tamiya and maybe they have improved the system on the current version.
I still need to know if there is a switch in the turret rotation system to stop the track recoil when the turret is facing sideways or to the rear....
