hi to everyone i joined last month and so far i am blown away by the awsome modeling i have seen here, i am new to the scene and havent done any modeling since my teens, a few years past. my first tank was a hl jagdpanther which i have added sideskirts to and airbrushed, fitted steel gears, metal tracks,metal idlers and cog driving wheels and a forces of valour figure to ride on it. then followed a hl tiger 1 which was bought s/h from ebay which is heavily weathered by prev owner i have added metal mg,taigen speaker and repositioned cupola etc and tightened tracks to cure track throw. my current project is another hl1 tiger which was bought from ebay from a shop as new with fault, i had to replace one gearbox (the fault), fitted new rear mudguards and smoke launchers as they were missing, reposition cupola, fitted metal mg, taigen speaker again,tighten tracks, repainted silver wheels and tracks as they come from new to grey. painted steel cables gun cleaning rods etc. i am awaiting correct length gun to fit and thinking about paint scheme to do. will fit metal tracks, gearboxs, in future. happy modeling to everyone.
