I got Kenny Kong 18 tooth sprockets and transport tracks on it and recoil works .
The spacing of wheels is correct to the pics of the Panther II lower hull.

Very nice....I don't know how nuts you want to go on this build but it is my understanding that the turret you are using is a little off on scale. it should extend out to the edges of the hull from all the drawings and 1:35 scale models I have seen, where its to small is here....

I look forward to seeing this build.....

Yes the turret is off scale but works for me most of it was to see how it looked and if I could get the Tamiya recoil to work .
I had used Tamiya KT up dated wheels with the double bearings so had to use the KT caps did not want to take apart my old KT .
I mite re do it later with and older set of 1 bearing wheels.
I used the panther idler mounts with the KT idler and shaft so had to drill out mounts but did them to big have new set here now just waiting for the 2mm drill bit .

You could add a layor of 2mm plastic card onto the sides, thats how I have seen people fix it in the past.....don't forget the panther 2 had a different hull gunners parascope....it was supose to be moveable like the drivers parascope.
