oh thats not so good, that means if i drive a panzer III or a kingtiger i will be always dead after 5 hits.
i miss the old EGS it was a realy good upgrade for ever tank, you were able to chose 3 weights for 3 kill conditions.

Hi Christian,
Yeah i know what you mean but this unit is only $30 to buy and plugs straight in and allows people starting out in the hobby to join in with the Big boys so to speak and have some fun.

Totally agree with you on that one! It will help The new starters to get into the hobby!!! And realy after 5 hits you could just keep count on the other hits and then your out! So no harm done!! There is rules on battleing! And it's just the beginning!! In a battle you could have a head ref that watches the battle and records the hits you take! Pluse he could roll a dice and were ether it landed would say were on yor tank the hit was taken! Like drivers block or tank tracks and so on!
I love the smell of napalm in the morning!

Yep you are spot on, There are endless possiblities to how you could control it in battle and now Mum's and Dad's can go buy there child a I/R H/L go to a club day and battle away without having to spend thousands on a tamiya tank or a tamiya compatible tank.

if it works fine, its ok for a medium tank or so. But we hade a similar Batelunit in germany too for a few years it caused some problems because it was able to shoot elmod but cant be hit from elmod. but this is a other storry.
i think i will try it for my cromwell too

Hey Christian,
So far so good mate havent had any problems yet. The good thing bout it is it can shoot and hit a Tamiya and the Tamiya can do the same back also my Tamiya with the Impact 2 shot kill battle system also works with it so I am guessing anything that can shoot a Tamiya will be able to shoot this system and vise versa.

Ok, correct me if I am not right here......with this system you can take 5 hits and you are dead...no matter what tank you are in?
Next, you have no reload time? as fast as the hl can fire, you fire?

Is this correct?

Yes that is correct as it say it retains H/L's standard battle features.

Thanks for the reply. I just wanted to be clear... I will ask around but I do not think this system would be allowed in the club that I am a member of. Heng Long tanks fire to quickly for even for a lite tank yet the system almost allows medium tank hit counts....I mean if a n00b showed with a tank with this system, I am sure they would be allowed for a couple battle days. After a while I suspect they would end up being told to convert to a system that was closer to the tamiya standard.

Any chance there will be a mod for shot rate/hit count?
