Hi Guys
I made a big mistake by painting my tiger 1/16 in a very dusty garage
I have trapped bits and blobs of dust and particles under the oveerall panzergrey colour scheme
The paint is well and dry now an there is not much that i can do except may be to find a justification for this type of appearence
I have also tried some heavy weathering but its not helping as much
I was thinking to give the tiger a whitewash as a tipical winter camo because i read somwere that the german tiger crew used to painted with a pooarly soluble white paint or even chalk
Could This help the appearence?
unfortunately my camera is ko
Is there any other justification for bits and blobs under the paint realisic enought to justify this condition on real tiger tanks of ww2 ?
thanks very much in advance for your reply
stefano

Hi steffano,
Can you not rub it down to get rid of the paint (and bobs).
Or you could try Paint Killer from Carson Model Sport, its a brush on liquid that will remove any polycarbonate or acrylic paint from plastic models without damaging the surface.
