A Tiger hatch is availabe , however it's unlikely to have been opened only for ejecting shells , it weighed too much for that , in combat it would be suicide climbing outside to lift it shut again - there was no compensating balance , not even a spring ! Empty cases would have been thrown out of the loaders top hatch instead . Love the idea though

This is the link to the hatch. I think it came with the bottom hinge also. Dominique in rctank.de is very helpful and has a great site and is well stocked. No problem dealing in English.
Great range of upgrades. Lots of metal stuff.
The old metal hatch comes out easier than uou would think.
