Panzer Pink Piping

Post by torpedochief »

Other than eyes, that tiny piping is a nightmare to paint....can I get an Amen?

Why paint it at all? With a bit of Crystal Kleer from Microscale and some fine pink thread you'll have that chore done in about 10 minutes.

Just use a toothpick to lay a line of Kleer where you wantthe piping. Don't worry if you go outside the line, the stuff dries clear. Then press the thread in the glue. It followes curves great.

You can take a bit of thread and run a line of the Kleer over it. Stretch it out and let it dry. Then you havea nice stiff piece to cut and make shoulder boards or what have you.

Hopeyou can use this!
