Help! re Tamiya Plans

Post by magmer »

Hi All, just bought a Tamiya Tiger 1 after a chance meeting at a model show. It has been started and a few parts are missing so far 1x rear idler wheel, 1x side of track, Glacis plate inc visor and machine gun. Also there are no instructions so can anyone out there sell, copy or lend me a set of plans for this beast and I will be able to fathom out what other parts have gone astray!! Many thanks Mark.

If you send me an e-mail thru the site with you address I will send you my spare copy of the tamiya instructions. If you put the price of a pint in the help for heros charity box we will forget the postage.
I also have two new sets of tiger 1 tracks. Up to 20 minutes ago I was 100% sure I had the front Glacis pate but I cannot find it in my tiger 1 bits box.

I think I am going to use a spare set of Heng Longs until I can afford a set of metal tracks but the Glacis plate would be of great help. Just let me know how much you want for it if you find it

Hi,

Tamiya spare sprues and other parts are available from Time Tunnel Models. I've dealt with them a couple of times and their service has been good.
