Sad thing is mate, if this bunch of clowns in power thought they could get away with issuing these to the the troops they would!
No doubt citing that, being so obviously mobile, expensive armour wouldn't be needed to protect lives thus saving millions of taxpayers money to spend on MP's expenses and new identities for the poor hard done by scum we let roam free instead of execute...........and breathe..........
