Hi Oz,

Many thanks for these excellent detailed pictures of the PZIV, thats exactly what I have been looking for. Did you take these at the Aberdeen proving grounds. I have seen pictures of this tank before, but there were no close up pictures of detail like this. Can I ask you about pictures ( Counting one from the top ) 9 and 10. I see they are both different variants, In pic 9 how does the track link support bar/bracket, connect to the clevis pin mount ? I see the pin is inserted through its bracket, but how is the support bar attached to this ? On the other PZIV, pic 10, I can see its bolted on and there is no pin.

Cheers again for posting.

Oz, I dont know if you have seen this link, http://www.armorfortheages.com/Voluntee ... ctPage.htm

If you have a closer look at the site, there are a lot of other pics of AFVs from the Patton museum. I came across it when I was searching for PZIV detailed photos.

Cheers

Their are several different brackets between picture 9 and ten.The retaining bracket on one is a male type bracket, where the other is a female type clevis bracket. Are these both PZIV,and just different versions? Blake
