Hi , I have given Riks idea of making the rolled steel look pitted a go . Ive done my Panther and it worked on the HL plastic to . I realise there wouldnt be much pitting on the turret roof being thiner steel so Ive added only a small amount ?

Hi Gra thanks for your comments the mounts yer there a bit tempermentle . Im looking at fitting the Tamiya barrel , not sure if Im adding recoil yet . Im just now looking at re fiting the electronics . I will certainly be looking at your KT build . Is it a Tamiya as I have two waiting to be compleated . Ones vintage but upgraded the others the full option model.

Many thanks Andy

I have done some work on the internals . I did mount the RX13 board but I had a slight accident with that so aim to get a RX18.

Heres the start of the mounting board for the electronics.

I have finished one sides spare track mounts with locking pins on chains . I have also finished the tool holders for this side . Just added the fire extinguisher holder today ( thanks Dave for the extinguisher for this  ) .

Just a few pictures . Note I have rounded the Mantlet were the barrel goes in as the HL one has an incorrect square on the bottom edge.

I have now added the Tamiya Panther G metal barrel . Its only push fit untill I can decide on the recoil . I also got a Tamiya Panther G turret , this I placed on my conversion as I was thinking of using it . But to make it correct I would have to narrow the tank by another 5mm . So I think its to late for that now so Im sticking to the HL one . I might get another HL Pantiger and do this build again as another A but using the Tamiya G turret ? Pictures to follow .

I have altered the rear plate of the tank as with the alteration the circular piece between the exhausts seems to high again think this is a HL error to . So I lowered it .
