sherman bogie split and bogie mount on tamiya hull
Re: sherman boggie split and boggie mount on tamiya hull
Good work fella. So this dodgy gearbox casing isnt anything to do with the size or shape of the kits actually working gearboxes inside, its just a really knaff job by the manufacturer of coping what it should look like then

Tamiyaparts.co.uk should have the correct one if anyone knows what sprue its on. Then for anyone wanting to corret their Sherman, just grab the sprue.
Excellent job you've been doing with this Sherman Bubbajoexxx!
I cant wait to see what your going to come up with next.
Is anyone in the UK going to be stocking these Shermans?
Cheers,
Rik

at the front of the hull you need to glue 2 pieces of .080 platic the blend it into the hull then sand off the 2 posts the original bolted to on the bottom of the hull then widen the front opening a small amount and your new cover fits right in will post pics latter have to finish a couple of othe mods first

Jason store is reliable and fast for Tamiya tank parts. He's selling the casing sprue for $12.00 + $8 p&p to the UK.
