HELP with YHR's Recoil Mod Please

After about 6 months of saying im going to do this mod i have actually started and have got to the point where i just need to do the wiring, but i am a bit confused with the wiring diagram YHR has put with this mod, So i am asking for anybody who has done this mod can you tell me the best resistors & diodes to get and where to get them from and could i ask for a wiring diagram to show where everything should go, i have my micro switch in place but other than that im stuck I am running a RX18 board now so i dont know if this makes any difference so any advice would be grerat.
