Yes the Beier looks great but again with no IR battling capability it's not for me even if I could justify the cost. I suppose with Beier really focusing on the European market them not having IR battle capability isn't a big deal as IR battling seems to be mostly a NA thing with some clubs in Oceania and Asia. The old Elmods that some guys in the club run are really nice and great sounds but they dont's like the new Elmod versions. Overall Clark boards work for us and are the standard board in our club with still quite a few Tamiyas like mine running around.

If there was even a hint of a possibility of participating in an IR battle club this would steer my decision. But since that's not a thing I'll just build a cool tank with options, capabilities and cool sounds.
